Shipping and Delivery:
We will ship your order to the address you provided during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds:
We offer a 5-day return policy for original paintings and fine art prints. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us at Sraelle@raellescape.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Copyright and Intellectual Property:
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Raellescape or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We ask for you to use the Website in a lawful and respectful manner.
Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of my control, however, if there has been any incident, especially regarding original paintings don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss a plan to resolve or refund your order.
